Husky Supreme SLT4600 Deck issues!

I got Husky given to me, it’s the SLT4600 Husky Supreme/ 46” triple blade wide cut deck. The blades turn when the deck ain’t on. It keeps throwing belts as fast as they go on. It looks to be missing a spring that goes to the single pulley protector and runs to the mechanism by it. I cannot find a part number or anything to buy another spring! Is there anyway y’all can help either by having a spare and selling it to me or telling me the part number and site to get it. I can’t upload a pic for reference ugh

Look under the seat for an ID tag. Please post the model and serial numbers.

Upper or lower being thrown?

Blades keep turning can either wrong belts or the deck brake worn out.

The brake is replaceable as long have a very good pop rivet gun. Since I use 3/16 Stainless steel rivets to mount these I had to but a Marson Big Daddy II rivet tool.
The pads are MTD PN 761-04017 but the last I ordered them from MTD they were very lousy made so I order some aftermarket thru Amazon which were like the original pads.
