I stumbled upon this "Lawn Mower Forum" while surfing the web, looking for information on a Lawn Boy mower I just picked up. It looks like a fun forum to belong to.
I currently have a John Deere 540 w/48" cut, and a Cub Cadet 2544 w/44" cut. I recently picked up two Lawn Boy push mowers. I don't know much about them yet. They are both 2 cycle. One is a self propelled commercial model (Runs Good). The other is a 1964 brick top, in what I would call very good shape. Original decals, and all. I was told it ran nice. Owner put it in storage, and left the old gas in it. Smells like varnish. I haven't done anything to it yet. As of now, it's fun to look at.
