Help with Manual

I was given a MTD 46SPB 40/46. I tried to find the manual on the site, but I couldn't find. Can someone help me please?

I have some numbers:
CJ093T10222
12C-664J600

I want to learn more about how the lawn mower works, particularly about oil (if it is needed in this lawn mower).

Thank you very much. However I have some doubts about the oil and type of gas to use.

What kind of gas is the best for this lawn mower? Here in Portugal we have gas and another type of fuel that it's like a mixture mostly used by motorbikes.

And about the oil? In my lawn mower I can't find the place where I should put oil. Is there any place or this lawn mower doesn't need?

Her, this dipstick should be like yours, it is on the top right. Unscrew it to read oil level, use sae 30 w oil.
