We bought this mower new about 4 years ago, never had any problems till the end of last year. its the 18.5 horse briggs motor. I killed it in high grass at the end of last year, at first it fired up but ran very rough for about 30 seconds and died. I finally gave up and put it away for the winter. I just now put in a new battery and tried it and it just spins and won't start. I pulled the plug and checked & it is getting fire. It seems to be flooding itself even with the throttle pulled all the way off. I'm now over my head and don't know where to go next! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
