engine model number ?

I have the head off a old Bolens with a Tecumseh HH140-160001 engine. I am trying to find new gaskets for this engine but they only have a listing for a OH140-160001 engine. They are both overhead valve engines and in the pictures they look alike. What is the difference in the two Tecumseh engines HH140/OH140?

I found a servive manual and it said HH140 is horizontal heavy duty and OH140 is overhead valve and to order parts use the 160001 number. I sure hope this is right seeing the gasket kit is 67 dollars.
