Dixie chopper making a whining noise

My silver eagle dixie chopper has been making a whining noise. It also had a hydraulic leak. I put new hoses on, got the air out of the lines, but it still does it. It appears to be coming from the left side. any suggestions?

Fluid the correct one? Purge the air again. Was the leak on the left...maybe dirt got in there, so you need to change fluid again to try clean it out.
