Dies in low and high maybe the governor is the issue?

I have been told that I need to adjust the governor but I can not find it. I can not find anything on the governor for this model. Anyone know how to adjust it

Get the engine Model number...
Should be on a shiny silver sticker,
I believe this model has a Kohler command engine
