Looking for suggestions to get mower running.
Craftsman M320 mower w/ Briggs & Stratton 163cc engine.
Engine model 12BBP2R3793, Briggs # 104M02-0223-F1
Started running intermittently and finally stopped all together.
Removed and flushed gas tank. installed new carb., new air filter and new sparkplug.
Using multimeter set on 20K scale, got readings of 9.82 testing from plug lead to coil block and plug to disconnect tab.
Connected plug tester and it lights up when pulling starter cord. Plug is wet with gas after pulling on starter cord.
Attempted starting with disconnect connected and disconnected with no start in either configuration.
Sprayed starter fluid and it coughed but did not start.
Replaced with new gas but doesn’t start.
No change in effort required to pull starter cord.
Recommendations???
