When I got it started the chain is moving. I don't know if something has to be removed first or not. How can I check?

Could be the engine idle is set too fast, or maybe the clutch is "locked-up" ( maybe dirty ) a little bit of chain-"creeping" is normal, but set the clutch brake once it's idling right, always have clutch-brake on .... while saw is running and NOT cutting, carrying a running saw WITHOUT the brake on invites a SERIOUS accident !!

If the H & L screws are fine and set right back off the idle screw until chain stops.
