I am doing a job for a woman that manages the property of a rental house. In order to save me time and herself money she wants me to lay the fabric right over the weeds and sparse grass. I think that stuff should be taken out but I guess the fabric and then the lava rock on top will kill it all and prevent it from growing. Any thoughts on this?
Can you lay fabric right over weeds or should they be removed first?
