Hello.
I've never taken a mower apart before but I do like to DIY. Was mowing lawn when it suddenly felt like something got loose. A few seconds later, it died. I turned it sideways and notice that I could not easily turn the blade full circle easily. It turns fairly ok about 3/4th ways, but gets really stuck..once I pass the difficult part of the turn, it becomes relatively easy again.
I started to take things off from the bottom and got down to the crank and gears. I still tried to turn it but it behaved the same. I did not start to take anything off from the top but now I see I'm probably over my head since I'm pretty much inside the motor.
Can someone give me guidance on what is likely the part I need to focus on? I was hoping to find some sort of bearing that may have worn down, but I have a mess now. It foes not look like the crank is bent.
