I have a Briggs model no# 130212 3250-01 the motor would not start so I rebuilt it Now it will start however, it will not run it just sputters and then die. But if I move the linkage connected to the governor and Idle speed it will run good. this should be something that happens automatic what would causes the RPM to be low. Thanks in Advance.
