Briggs&stratton engine: 128t02 0740 b3
I tried to fix this mower, it has a brand new oem carburetor (799866), new fuel line and the gas tank was cleaned out.
It just has a devil of a time starting, I have to yank it 5-6 times very hard.
I added an extra gasket, I heard that can help sometimes?
Anyone have any ideas why this mower is so hard to start with new everything? Any ideas what I should check?
Also, if anyone knows the exact part number for this shroud, bonus points to you.
