I replaced the transmission drive belt, two idler pulleys on the transmission drive and the cam on the deck height adjustment. But now I hear a chirping or whistling noise from the pulleys I installed and also the blades will not engage when I pull up on the lever to mow. Other than that the mower runs just fine.
Any ideas on what might be causing the pulley to make the chirping noise and also why the blades won't engage?

BElt is on the wrong side of a keeper or one of the pulleys is not rotating.
Very easy to pinch the bearing or to have a washer fouling on the outer race
