Just replaced a bad battery in my 1983 "318" and now when I start it, the battery light stays on. In addition, when I move the Hydrostat lever to the right away from the safety switch or when I flip the toggle switch to engage the mower, the engine dies. I don't know where to check next . Can anyone help, please?
