I have a brand new troy-bilt pony. First time engaging pto the deck vibrates badly. Let it run for awhile without moving didn't help much. Bought at Lowes and don't know how much they have to do to get it ready to sell. I had to fix the steering wheel alignment and all the tires had twice the recommended tire pressure. Did I get a lemon?
