B&S 11 h.p. top no load rpm

I have an old John Deere 111 w/ a B&S engine model 253707. I can't find info online to set top no load rpms, I did find the idle rpm @ 1750. Thanks

Those are usually put out by the mower/tractor mfg. for the sake of safe blade/tip speeds, normally from 3200 to 3600 or so....
