Aerator tire pressure

I have a John Deere Model # PA-40JD pull behind core aerator. I didn't aerate last season, today when I pulled it out, the left tire was on the rim but bead broken.
Any way I can fix this at home, or do I need to take it to a tire shop?
Any old tire shop?
Does anyone know the air pressure for this tire?
I'm a newbie (can you tell?) so any and all suggestions will be appreciated and can't be too basic. Also, I'm not what you'd call handy with tools, etc.

Thanks a lot.

Max tire pressure should be on tire, if you have an air compressor air it up.

Thanks. No, I don't have an air compressor. I'll look and see where I can find one, cost, etc.
Do you have a recommendation for extremely light duty?
Thanks again.

I don't know if I would go for extremely light duty. An air compressor is any very useful tool. One that I use all the time. So you should buy one that can serve your problems today and in the future.

Pop the tire off and take it to the air pump at the gas station
