Does anyone offer aeration as a service? Trying to figure out the best way to price this. Do you go by sq foot? Or just a going rage for an acre? What's the going rate in your area? Thanks in advance

I aerate once a year I have 50ish houses I areate mostly I just charge a flat rate of 30 for first acre which is everyone lol. But I rent the aerator because I can't justify buying one yet and the rental company maintains it really well they rent for 75 a day

I think it would depend on whether you want to charge on the size of area or on the length of time it takes and the equipment needed? It's a personal opinion I think :smile:
