321d glow plugs

I tested all three and they read 2.7 ohms which according to the link above that is a good reading. Any other ideas why it wont start when cold?

How much Time are you giving it glow plug heat...? I have one Kubota engine that needs only 5 seconds or so... but I have another that requires at least 15 seconds Or 30 seconds if it is below freezing...
From your measurements everything is working, the only variable is the amount of time your leaving them On... KennyV

on my 928d it takes around 30sec. to work,on my Yanmar tractor it takes around 60sec...russ
