I pulled a 20.5 briggs out of a running mower and now I have no spark. It has three wires coming out of the engine. two in a connector that are red and white. The third is a single yellow one in a connector. Anybody know where to wire these up?

Most likely the kill wire, and wire going to the fuel solenoid on the carb, and the wire for the charging system.

Yeah but he needs to know which goes where. Be very careful to not connect the "Kill" wire to battery current even momentarily or you will zap your ignition. I can send you a Service Manual IF you like, address below, put in proper format and remind me engine model number and what you want. I have a color code for alternator wires also if I can find it. Red and whire does not seem right.
