19hp Kohler Courage Engine blowing oil thru Air Filter

Guys:

Finally got my info on the 19hp Kohler Courage engine on my 6 yr old Troybilt tractor.
Serial #3612409283 and Model# SV590S.

Tried changing oil and all filters again. Ran for 100 feet of mowing until oil clogged the air filter and blew blue smoke again and shut down.

Please help if you can.
