help, i have a troy bilt 13an77bs011 riding mower i need to take off flywheel cover under the shroud. so does the nut ,that sits on flywheel inside cover turn clockwise or counter clock wise to remove. i think the pin is sheared thanks

My troy bilt horse xp hydrostatic 46" cut riding mower will start and the engine runs fine. The blades will engage and operate correctly when engage the PTO. But it will not move forward or backwards when try to put it in gear. What do I need to do to get it to work and drive?

I am wondering if it is possible to adapt an 8HP engine to the 4HP unit I currently have. The carb is probably junk and the unit really needs more power but I do not want to pay the rather high price. Thanks!
