Had to dissemble engine to repair oil leak.. Hpw should the cam be set on reesembly

Changed heads as suggested after bending push rods.........It will start but no power.......I believe it is valve adjustment. What is the adjustment on the valves??? Cannot find a repair manual Any other suggestions on what the problem might be???? if not valves

the valve push rods are steel and aluminum which goes on top
