    It was fun, while it lasted.

    But, it only lasted 0.3 hours. My new Cub Cadet 1046VT now has a severely bent blade, the result of hitting a tree root that my Cub Cadet 147 had kept shaved down.     New mower break-in?

    Any advice, other than RTFM, about breaking in a new mower? I just purchased a Cub Cadet 1046VT and the 0.3 hours on it was driving it home. If it stops raining, I will be able to start mowing. Matthew
