    Blade keeps coming off

I recently got the blade stuck in a tree stump, the grass was kind of tall and I didn't see it. The engine stopped when it got stuck and I had to pull the blade out of the tree stump. After pulling it out the blade was loose and as I pulled the starter to start the engine the blade fell off...

    A Playground

I would like to have one portion of my backyard for playing purposes next year. But I've noticed that playing on a lawn ruins the grass. I need to know if there is a grass type that can withstand a lot of jumping and playing on.

    The old wheelbarrow

I have a wheel barrow that I've had for about 15 years now. I guess I'm cheap, 'cause I don't like buying the same thing over and over again. All I really do to take care of it is wash it out, dry it, oil it and grease the wheel when I'm finished At this rate, hopefully, I'll have it another 15.

    Time to apply drench products

Just a friendly reminder that fall is the time to apply drench products to your trees and shrubs for insect control. If you apply it now, it will be stored in the roots of the tree or shrub until it makes its way back to the crown of the tree in the spring as the sap rises. I've got a few fruit...

    Ergonomic hand tools

I just bought a lopper that is ergonomic. I'll admit that it's the first ergonomic hand tool I've bought, and I could tell the difference right away. Do you find it easy to tell the difference between ergonomic hand tools and regular one's?

    Brand new grass

This is a true story, tell me if you've ever heard of anything like it before. We've been in our current home about 4 years now. About a month ago I was out in the front most part of my yard mowing down all the weeds. That's about all that grew out there. You could see little patches of grass...

Is there an easier way to check the nutrients of your soil besides the test kits they sell? Where I live, the soil is very bad.
