Thanks Mark - l've found a Husqvarna spring that looks identical, so hopefully that will fit

My trusty old blower has had a dizzy fit and broken the recoil spring in the starter.......wondering if anyone would have one they'd be willing to sell me. They are discontinued and unavailable. l've since bought a new blower but would love to have this as a backup. l ordered one from Jacks...

Yep, common sense needs to be applied - we're not conducting brain surgery......

Without plowing through 13 pages, l assume some have made the obvious suggestion to whack a new motor in it......

Agreed, my 2015 Gravely compact pro is a tank; the new ones have transaxles now instead of pumps/motors......seems a downgrade to me

Funny, l'd always thought my Grav Z34 had Parker motors but its all HG.......

The key to keeping them going is total cleanliness when doing oil (and filter) changes. Another vote for separate pump & motors here.....

All Mower Spares have gone into recievership/liquidation, they were absolutely hopeless....maybe try OutdoorKing in Sydney

My Grav used to do this constantly, installed a starter assist relay, problem solved

Thanks mate.....it's only for the 10 seconds or so while reversing up the ramp but l'll stop doing it
