Maybe the nosey fool should worry about what's going on in their yard and quit driving around worrying about others yards.

Mowing without a shirt is magnificent when I do it, however it's disgusting when anyone else does it.

OK as one of the big fat fatties (300+) I mow my yard wearing at lest a tank-top! I only wear it because of some amount of embarrassment about my body! But I could not care less about what anyone else thinks!! As far as that goes if people don't like to see all of the wiggling and jiggling there is a very easy fix...........Don't look!! If someone were actually say something to my face about it 99.9% chance they would end up in the E.R. or worse and I would spend the night in jail!

As a very fit, young appearing 60 year old I look better without a shirt on than 90% of the guys over 30 years old, yet I keep a shirt on while mowing outdoors. If people have no pride in looking decent they are free to be grossly fat, covered with tatoos, have waist length filthy hair, clothing that looks it was recused from a dumpster, etc. okay for them. Just keep on mind I and other people are going to base our opinions of you based on how you appear. They say looks are only a first impression, but remember, you never get a second chance to make one.

It disgusts me what slobs a large part of the population seem to be these days. My wife and I dined out at a mid-priced steak house last week, and the majority of the people we saw there were wearing shorts, T-shirts, BATHING SUITS, ragged cut offs, garish colors, etc. I look more presentable than people like them do while washing my car. When people choose to look like slobs in public, it pretty much tells others how the slobbos feel about themselves. Poor appearance indicates a poor self image.

I agree, and I try to make myself look presentable.

Even if I'm just going out for a bottle of milk I'll make sure I'm looking presentable.

And believe it or not, I'm not actually a vain person

When you get to be old, wrinkled, grey haired, and as ugly as I am, it's an uphill fight to look presentable but at least I make the effort....

I can imagine

Seriously though, I don't care what the person looks like, as long as they've got clean clothes on and are well dressed. They can't help their natural looks, but they can help their material looks.

Yay! My 500th post

I try not go out without a shirt while the sun is up, let alone an hour and a half while on the tractor.
1 1/2 hours without a shirt here an you've got a significant sunburn. Do it on a regular basis and they will start removing pieces after many years...if your lucky. Skin cancer is a real threat in these parts. I wear a wide brim straw hat and sunglasses when I'm out, and I'm out a lot.

Smart man....it amazes me how people tend to ignore the fact of skin cancer. I may be old and wrinkled, but my sister who is two years older has always tried to be tan, and she has smoked all her adult life. I swear she looks 85 years old now.
