Good morning Gentlemen and I use that term VERY loosely.

Where did all the so called nice weather go? Woke up to 33 degrees, high winds and nasty looking over cast skies. No working around the yard today.Did get 8 holly bushes planted the other day and the next morning found that the deer had basically stripped one almost bare. Went to the feed store and got some Bonide brand "Repels-All" spray and let me tell you that stuff is N A S T Y OMG it is made from rotten eggs and other stuff and it was a bit windy when I sprayed it so of course I got hit with some. Skunks smell better then that. LONG shower later and after running all my clothes through the laundry I smelled much better. No sign of the deer touching the bushes so far.

"NEWS FLASH"

Deer in Parts of Texas found puking their guts out in the bush.

Biologists are unsure of the cause but feel some species of ornamental holly bushes may be at the root of the problem..

Well, more learning has been the case.......hammer drills.

There are hammer drills, which ore OK for small diameter (1/4") drilling into concrete,
but are virtually worthless for anything much bigger than that.

Then, there are rotary hammers................
Then suckers will blast holes into concrete like there is no tomorrow.

I be awaiting the arrival of my Bosch Extreme so I can complete the anchoring of my deck uprights.
That has not slowed construction, however.
All joists are in and about 1/2 the subfloor is laid.......

Hey, Skipper,
Glad to see you come up to periscope depth and fire your spread of torpedoes...............

Thanks Ron,

We got a good charge in night before last and by maintaining minimum steerage-way speeds, were able to remain submerged for an extended period of time.

Hey! I have to ask you a question: Have you ever seen the ad for Liberty-Liberty-Liberty- - -Li-ber-ty Insurance, with the guy who customizes his bike and his calves too? I was wondering is that you? I think of you every time I see the ad.. Jus' wonderin'.....

Back in Illinois, the maintenance superintendent at the company where I worked was named Bill Roholly.
We used to Deck the Halls with him annually..............(Fa la la la la, la la la la.)

I realize that more than likely I am too late with this, but I would recommend a HILTI hammer drill. None better..

I have seen it. Not me,tho.
Since my knee problems started about 18 months ago, I have not logged much more than 100 miles.
Most muscles have atrophied and hamstring problems persist........
Seems that I have aged in a hurry............
