troy built rear tine tiller

this tiller has a 3hp H35 Tecumseh on it. I put a new carburetor and spark plug on it. I've got the side screw out 2 turns and bowl screw out one turn. wont stay running. any suggestions.?

High speed mixture screw on the bottom should be out 1.5 turns and the idle mixture screw on the side should be out 1.25 turns to start. After you get it running adjust the high speed mixture first to get it running, then adjust the idle mixture.
