Working on a troy bilt tb144 mini tiller.Replaced carb.fuel lines and filter.Adjusted valves at .005.Replaced spark plug.Acts like it is not getting fuel.Pulled plug after several pulls and there is firing but plug looks dry.It will occasionally sputter.Don,t know compression but it will blow on your finger.Any ideas of where to go next? Thanks

check that the valves are moving
Pull the covers off and check the flywheel key is intact

Have not gone into it yet but the parts breakdown is not showing a flywheel key,I feel for sure it probably has one though.I am trading off working on this with a friend who is a carpenter.Someone gave him this tiller and a mac 16 chainsaw.Got the chainsaw going,I also can say the tiller ran for about 5 seconds and thats all she done.
