What are some things to look for in a landscaper? I have decided to consult a landscaper to develop my plot of land. Can I just pay for a consult and some ideas or how does it work?

I've never done it but if I were to go about doing something like this, I would probably try to find someone that a family member or friend used so that I would know I can count on them and trust their work. Other than that, I'm not sure how you can know if they'll get the job done right.

I never thought of warranties. That is a good point, thanks for mentioning it because I would have never thought of it. I can ask my friends and family if they know anyone good.

Honey...
If there are any good garden centers around you... they should be able to recommend someone they know to be reputable... KennyV
