I've been selling some of my restos this Spring. One I still have is an interesting Scotts. It is the 2nd Scotts I've had recently. Both had OHV Tecumseh engines. The 1st had the horizontal 2nd shaft driving the front wheels. The present one doesn't have the shaft but the crankcase has the place where it would be. The rear axle is driven off the crank to a 3 speed transaxle. It also has a 12v starter but has no battery box. I took the wiring hookup w key switch saved from the 1st one and jump started it. Somewhat old school carb w primer and throttle lever at carb. An interesting machine for motorheads like me.
