prowler oncore rght cylinder low on spark

i have an encore prowler and it is running low on power, did compression test and has about 100 lbs on both cylinders. it all started after i replaced the front crank shaft seal. i tested the coils and they are good. any ideas

Remove the kill wires and see if that makes a difference
Check the valve lash .

i removered the kill wires and still nothing, also swapped coils left to right and nothing.

how are you defining low spark?

That rules coils out
Next thing to check is the timing key
I did not read your first post properly and if it started after you replaced the top seal then good chance the flywheel was not quite as tight as it should have ben & shifted a tiny amount on the crankshaft so it is a little out of time
Just being cracked is enough to make a big difference
The sides of the key ways must alight perfectly
If they are just the slightest bit zig zag then the engine will be out of time .
