OH120 Head Trouble

Cracked my head - sent it out to get repaired and now the guy won't write me back so I'm in the market for a replacement head.

Model: OH120-175014B

It calls for PN 34767 head but I found a 34303 head that's compatible for other OH120 series engines like the OH120-175007. Are these heads compatible with all OH120, maybe? What is the difference?

It goes on a vintage Miller Starfire 2E welder. It has a special tapered shaft. By the model number would any of you know how I might go about getting the right information to find a replacement engine for it, if I had to go that route?

Yes but that model number of OH120 listed in the ad (OH120-175007) calls for a 34303 head, so I am wondering if they are interchangeable.
