I have a L118 will not start unless I prime it. I have replaced the carbuator, fuel pump, gas line, filter and gas cap. When I crank it, I get gas coming out of the fuel pump. I am at a loss what else it could be? Any ideas?

Probably low compression then. If you have to prime it to start it, will it restart on it's own when warm or does it again require to be primed? If compression is low, simple valve adjustment may resolve the issue.
