Good morning folks. I recently purchased a hustler 4500. A bit over 2000 hours, original owner and it appears pretty much original very well-maintained.
It is my dream machine To be used at my personal property. I’ve run these from my employer off and on for over 30 years.
My question is what is the closest matching paint readily available for these machines? I need to do a bit of touchup.
I am also looking for the side discharge cover for the 72 inch deck
The part number is 467274
Any help would be appreciated.
I am a bit older and a little electronically challenged. I will see if I can make some pictures show up at some point.
Thank you folks!!

well folks, I tried to add some photos and it didn’t work and quite frankly I’d rather convert this from a gasser to a Kabota diesel then try to figure out how to do these pictures….. LOL

First pictures need to be 1000 x 1000 or pixels. Online editing software can reduce your images to within this range.

If you are referring the yellow it should be Hustler 747220 paint. Use your search engine to find a source for it.

I believe color it self is School Bus Yellow.

Thank you for the reply. I was hoping for the nearest rattle can color somebody may have found because there’s so many different “school bus yellows” out there. I have restored a lot of machinery in my day and on those forms sites between Raum Krylon, etc. somebody almost always comes up with a match. That is remarkably close through trial and error.
I was very lucky in that all the service and parts manuals were included with this machine. I’ve only started to do research and this was my first stop for a forum site.

Thank you again
