Mulching kit from Lowes, WTF!

I bought a mulching kit last fall for my Troy Bilt 42" riding mower. I just got it installed today. The blades fit but the cover that fits over the chute does not. WTF!

I called my co-worker who works on mowers and he told me there are three different 42" decks on MTD lawn mowers. He said he knew where to get the correct shut cover and ordered me one.

WTF!

Anybody need a chute cover like this for their MTD lawnmower?

I know what you are saying but it also depends what is on your mine??? There is a lot of words in the dictionary that start with F??? Lets not get too far out of common sense here.

Now this is what I am talking about. I sure hope no one has poor taste in which the F stands for. Just maybe Rivets has been a school teacher too long. Don't get me wrong because I have worked in many shops with mechanic talk, if you know what I mean.

Worked in paper mills, foundries, and farms growing up and I've even used mechanic talk today. Just didn't think it was necessary on this forum. Everyone knew what it stood for and I doubt it meant "Wonderful Teaching Forum". I'll now drop it, thank you for allowing me to rant.
