Kohler CV14ST crankshaft threads

I have a 14 horse kohler engine from a Rear engine Snapper. I am wanting to mount it on a Husqvarna rider with a 21 horse Kohler Courage with a cracked crankcase. The specs for both engine says the threads are 7/16 -20 UNF-2B. The bolt off the Courage engine is too big and will not thread into the Snapper engine. Anyone have any idea what the correct thread size is.

How about supplying us with the model and spec number of both engines so we can look up and see what we find. Sounds like the courage may have the 7/16 bolt and the cv14 has the 3/8 bolt.

Yes we need spec number as I am coming up with it being a M10-150 on at least one of the CV14 spec numbers.
