I have a 2007 Yardman 38" cut. I notice it won't cut right on one side. I noticed one of the star spindels for the blade mount is worn down to almost nothing. Could this cause it and could I find a part for it?

it could be causing the blade to slip on the shaft. You should be able to remove the shaft and replace the shaft. The blade mount on the shaft gets damaged either by a blade being loose, or the most common is people miss the star when putting the blade back on, and it damages the star mount so the blade doesn't seat properly leading to the issue that you are having.
