I have an old engine that has no spark. We suspect its the points and condenser. I'd like to convert this to Magnetron and avoid pulling the fly wheel. I am unsure of which kit I need to do this. What part do I need?

Seems like I need 398811.

The quickest and most effective solution is p/n 398811 Armature, cut the wires going behind the flywheel and install. Cheaper but a little more work is p/n 394670 Magnetron kit.
