Discharging oil out of PCV below carb, to air filter.

usual reason is either tipping the engine or running the mower at too steep an angle.
Other reason is fuel leaking into engine increasing oil level & diluting it .

Chen for the latter by dipping the oil.
Overfull , feeling thin or smelling of fuel = failed float needle in carb.

Oil is not diluting with gas.
