My husqvarna weed wacker has been rebuilt,- all except engine rebuild. All new parts icl. carb.After all this it still bogs down when I try to rev it up. Spark arrester is clean.I cant seem to get it to rev up when I adjust "hi" screw

Slip the muffler off and check for a clogged exhaust port.
People have a bad habbit of running on too rich oil mixes or using cheap oil that is not ashless so coke builds up on the exhaust port & blocks it.
Running the engine under stressful loads that cause the engine to run slower than it should will also block the exhaust port .
