Ariens s-16h starter problem

Hi guys. I am new here. I come from NB Canada. I am looking to buy a starter for my s-16h ariens tractor. Is their anyone here that sale use parts?

I looked through the Ariens parts diagram, and i see the starter listed in the picture, but not in the list where you can get the part number, or price. it's probably considered a part of the engine and you'll need to get the engine model numbers so you can get the starter.
