Has any ever put a striping kit in a 21 in snapper commercial or built one?

We get machines in the shop where a home made roller bar has been added or a bar dragging dozens of 6 inch links of chain .

You can weight down the rear flap under the discharge door by filling it with a metal rod. Or by adding another flap thats heavier, this is the cheapest/efficient method; other than buying a 'big league' striping kit.
