Repairs Lift motor

Lift motor clicks like a solenoid does on a starter with low voltage,wont go up or down any advice?Checked with good battery in case,,is there a relay under motor cover?

ive seen this once before on a brand new machine. lift was replaced under warranty w/ no further prob. your lift might be frozen and will have to be replaced unfortunately. One more thing, disconnect lift & make sure deck isn't binding or adjuster is pinned
