First this thread is 7 years old.
Secondly the solenoid plugs that are handed don't really work to prevent then being wired up backwards because the plug easily goes in either way.
So you either need to stick a mirror under and see the shape of the socket , remembering you are looking in a mirror. or just try it both ways.
