Two years ago I converted an RM 828 to battery electric drive. It works great; last summer I mowed on mostly solar charge.
This year, however, I have ripped up 3 friction discs. Does anyone know the right clearance in neutral.
The Etec motor has lots of power but I don't its too torquey. The batteries weigh 189 but I weigh 155 ( 95 under design max) and I removed 85 lbs. of motor, gas and battery.
Any suggestions?
