Simplicity Regent

My mower has 80 hours on it. After mowing for about 20 min. I stopped and backed up a short distance, when I attempted to go forward the mower moved very slowly. Could not see anything wrong except it seemed the forward pedal had less travel than normal. Goes fine in reverse. From what I understand the mower has a tufftorq k46 transmission.

check linkages at forward pedal as well as drive belt. you may need to lube/grease tractor per your manual. when I purchased mine new in 2010 from dealer & got it home I noticed it had not been greased or lubed at pivot points.
