Where can I get a reasonably priced valve seat cutter/grinder for a FH580V? Also, what are the diameters of the valves and the valve guides? thank you, gregjo1948

Neway do a small engine kit which is fairly standard kit for most mower shops.
Downside it is not cheap, because they are good.
SO unless you are a workshop take it to another workshop.
I charge $ 20 (AUD) per valve, takes about 5 minutes + clean up.
Bought mine 6 years ago and in reality it is yet to pay for itself.
OTOH you must have one to do side valve valve lash unless you always fit new valves.

Th expense of a Neway kit is too much for me to make it worth it. I'm going to go to a local small engine shop to get the work done. thanks, gregjo1948

Figured as much
Good gear is never cheap but unless you have a lot to do much better off poping down to the local mower repair shop.
Just a word to the wise thoug.
Take it to a mower REPAIR shop, the type that has 20 old refurbished mowers for sale out the front, not a glass front retail outlet.
